Walking Into 50 Like A Boss!

YAASSS!  It’s my 49th birthday but instead of closing our my 49th year, I am walking into year 50 like a boss!  In 2020, I will posting more adventures on the 12th of every month showing how easy it is to live your best life no matter what size you are or where you are on your wellness journey.  I love to dance and I often use it as my form of exercise.  I take it up a notch by dancing in the mirror and looking into my eyes and looking at my body.  I am IN LOVE with ME!!!   I am also loving the fact that my two youngest daughters wanted to dance with me. I absolutely ADORE them and love them even more for their support. In addition to the fun, energy, and joy it will bring you, there are many physical and mental benefits including:
